柯文哲擔任台北市長後，昨首次到法院作證，不僅媒體以「總統」規格出動數十台攝影機捕捉畫面，轄區警分局也派出大批警力，在法院外進行維安警戒。柯作證時間只有12分鐘，但回答法官訊問時簡潔有力，再加上豐富的肢體語言，讓嚴肅的法庭內刮起柯式旋風。
開庭前1小時，大批媒體記者已擠爆法院通道，他進入法庭後，不知是否太緊張，直接往坐在旁聽席的隨扈走去，法官李陸華見狀，連忙指引他坐證人席，柯抓抓頭向法官點頭致歉。
法官先依程序告知柯的作證義務及證人偽證的罪責，柯聽了後，不加思索、爽快地回答，他與周玉蔻、郭台銘沒有親戚關係或僱傭關係，也不會因作證導致他及他的家人受刑事告訴，且作證內容沒有涉及市長業務的機密。
柯文哲對於法官提問，他並沒有避答，以柯式風格簡單答稱有或沒有。庭訊結束後，法官問柯文哲是否要領530元證人旅費，因為證人是由周所聲請傳喚，若要領的話需由周玉蔻負擔，柯答稱不用，還在法庭外與周握手致意時反問：「證人旅費還要妳出喔？不是國家出的喔？」
